The ground floor is accessed from the two exclusive off road parking spaces via a ramp or steps. The entrance hall with an adjacent wheelchair friendly WC, leads to a living/dining room with separate kitchen. A staircase leads to the two first floor bedrooms and the bathroom that is complete with both a bath and a separate shower enclosure.

Covid 19 the cleaning regime complies with the latest Government guidelines for self contained holiday accommodation.

If any guest develops Covid -19 type symptoms prior to arrival they must cancel and self isolate. Cancellation and refunds are in accordance with our terms and conditions.

We will require full contact details of all guests to comply with Track and Trace, and if within 7 days of departure a guest(s) becomes ill they must inform the management. 

We reserve the right to cancel (or amend) any following booking after the discovery of Covid -19 and guests affected will receive a full/partial refund but no consequential losses can be taken into consideration.
